experienced & competent: You bring a 3-year professional experience as a nursing professional (m/w/d), elderly caregiverin, health care and (child care) caregiverin or a completed nursing course with a degree as a nursing professional. qualifies & leadership: You have a completed training for the management of an outpatient care unit (460 hours). experienced & competent: Care and management experience is desirable. ready & learnable: You will bring the willingness to work intensively. digital & safe: Experience in handling computer-assisted care planning and documentation is advantageous. communicative & organized: You have a strong communication skills, organizational skills and a high level of commitment.
