As part of the Campus Services, the “Business Services” team provides central and diverse services on the Otto Group Campus and supports the local corporations in operational business. As part of the Campus Services, the team's field of application and thus also this position to be occupied is primarily the Otto Group Campus in presence on site.

You take the disciplinary and professional responsibility for the Team Business Services in the individual and diverse service areas Post office, Central Archive, Telephone Centre, House Printing and Driving Services. You coordinate daily tasks and processes in the service areas and ensure smooth implementation and are responsible for personnel deployment planning. You secure, control and prioritize the tasks in the Services, and keeps you permanently responsible for economic performance, as well as correct cost accounting. Furthermore, you are the main contact person*in for your team and in the interfaces for the topics related to IT, network and software, ensuring the operational capability of technical devices and software. You drive digitization in the service areas proactively and continuously, setting the necessary creative impulses, the permanent further development and optimization of the work processes with regard to efficiency and reliability are in your hands. You support your leadership in operational issues and problems, as well as overarching project topics. The initiation and implementation of independent projects, as well as the achievement of the goals set, complete your task.
