Digital Learning Specialist (1-year fixed-term contract) (m/f/d)

In your role, you will consult our disciplines on a didactical and methodological basis and transform complex content into inspiring, digital learning formats. From the first spark to the finished product: You design creative scripts and produce visually appealing e-learnings as well as learning videos. As a lead organizer (m/w/d) for our major events, such as the 'Digital Day' and the Learning Experience Week, set standards for modern learning throughout the company. You take over the professional sovereignty of our author tools (e.g. Articulate 360) and empower our global learning community to use these tools effectively and efficiently.

Successfully completed studies in the field of adult or media education or a comparable discipline (e.g. information design, e-learning and media diactics) Including professional experience Funded knowledge in the operation of popular author and image processing tools, in particular the Articulate 360 Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustration, InDesign). German (mother language or comparable level) and reliable English skills Communication strong and creative Aesthetic feel and target group orientation, graphic training of advantage
