Digital Transformation Manager (m/f/d)

Central interface between our global business units and IT/ERP to develop tailor-made digital solutions Analysis, optimization and automation of business processes to increase efficiency, transparency and standardization Advising the departments in the selection, introduction and further development of software, automation and AI applications Development of Group-wide AI initiatives, including identification, prioritisation and implementation of AI applications Planning, control and implementation of digital transformation and special projects, including change management Ensuring the sustainable use of implemented solutions through success control, analysis of economic efficiency and synergies within the group Development of digital platforms and standards within the RAMPF Group Management of external partners as well as self-responsibility in offering and contract negotiations Development and implementation of own applications, workflows and automation solutions (e.g. Monday.com, Power BI and Power Automate) is desirable

Complete studies in the field of economic information technology, industrial engineering, project management or comparable qualifications Experience in digitalization, process management, business applications or IT project management Experience in the implementation of digital solutions and in cooperation between departments and IT Knowledge of modern software, automation and AI technologies Experience in project and change management Very good knowledge of German and English Experience with low-code, workflow or analytics platforms such as Power BI, Power Automate is beneficial Experience in controlling external partners is desirable
