Supporting our customers in the field of endpoint, printer, network management in 2nd and 3rd levels (10,000 endpoints) Monitoring, interference and optimization of network and backend infrastructure (HPE switches, MS Server, Red Hat) Development of solution concepts, as well as piloting and introduction of new functionalities / systems (taking into account existing change management processes) Creation of configuration templates based on customer requirements (Clientimage, Printer configuration) Optimization / Automation of existing service and lifecycle processes Documentation and Knowledge Management

Completed training or studies in IT Very good knowledge of the system administration of MS server environments Very good knowledge of network management and monitoring Very good knowledge in the creation of tech. Configuration (Clients, Printers, Switches) Very good knowledge of the automation of recurring administrative tasks Process-oriented operation according to ITIL
