The Dortmund Directorate is looking for one/one for the Facility Management Bonn division at the workplace of Bonn at the next possible time: Business Manager (m/d) (Entgeltgruppe 10 TVöD Bund / Besoldungsgruppe A 10 BBesG, ID: DOFB1153, Stellen‐ID 1309574) The setting is terminated. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks (BImA) – Institution of Public Law – is the central real estate company of the federal government. The main tasks are the uniform real estate management, the real estate management and the sale of real estate, as well as the forestry and nature-protection services of the property. Around 7,000 employees work in Germany for the BImA, distributed to the headquarters – headquartered in Bonn – and nine directorates as well as over 120 locations. The Federal Agency for Real Estate Tasks must not establish new civil servant relations. It is possible to take over persons who have been exposed to life (identical or next lower grade, but without career change) with the consent of the Federal Ministry of Finance (BMF).

Qualification: Completed technical university education (Diplom-[FH] /Bachelor) in the field of technical building management/energy and building technology, electrical engineering or utility technology or comparable qualification according to the DQR level 6 in the field of technical building management such as Master/Master (w/m/d) Competences: Current expertise and practical experience in the field of technical building management and the operation of technical installations are desirable Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards Understanding structural and economic relations Knowledge of SAP ERP 6.0 /RE‐FX or the willingness to acquire them in the short term Knowledge of IT standard applications (Microsoft Office) Other: Green, careful and reliable operation Good organisational skills, economic thinking and acting skills Ability to work into changing tasks Good opinion Good judgment combined with willingness to make decisions and responsibilities Own initiative and capacity for creative and conceptual work Ability to work independently, thoroughly and objectively even with increased workflow Good expressiveness in word and writing, communication skills Customer- / Address-oriented behaviour and targeted negotiation skills Ability to act in a team-oriented manner, critique and social competence Class B driving licence and the willingness to carry out partial multi-day missions readiness to undertake a review pursuant to Section 9 of the Act on the Precondition and Procedure of the Federal Security Review (SÜG) and a review by the user Special note: The prerequisite for long-term job placement is the successful extended safety review under the Security Audit Act (SÜG), which may also include the spouse/living partner(s).
