This is how you inspire us

• Completed training in supply technology (heating, ventilation, sanitation and air conditioning), as an electrician (m/w/d), an electronic (m/w/d) or comparable qualification
• First practical knowledge of building management
• Result-oriented and business-economic thinking and action
• Safe handling of MS Office, mobile computer systems and handling of CAFM systems desirable
• Self-conscious and safe occurrence and pro-active operation
• Driving licence class B or 3
• Standing for occasional weekend work

Your responsibility

• Acceptance, forwarding and processing of incoming customer requirements
• Operation of industrial plants (in particular electrical engineering optional MSR - technique) as a work manager according to DIN VDE [for phone number see the original ad]
• Implementation and control of the work according to DIN 31051, here in particular operating, handling, positions, maintenance, inspection and operational repair at the aforementioned plants
• Perform and maintain fault, testing, maintenance and inspection reports
• Support in the guidance, instruction, monitoring and coordination of foreign companies in maintenance and repair work
• performing fault diagnosis and troubleshooting

• Full time, 40 hours/week
• Monday to Friday, 5 days/week
• 2-layer system
