What your tasks are:

• you prepare vegetable dishes and arrange them
• also make supplements (potatoes, rice, noodles, cereals, etc.)
• also prepare vegetarian dishes
• you work closely with the other items of the kitchen brigade (Saucier, Poissonnier etc.)
• HACCP and hygiene standards
• finally you are co-responsible for ordering and storing goods in your own postal area

What we want from you:

• you have completed training to cook (m/w/d) or a comparable qualification
• Experience as Entremetier (m/w/d) or in a comparable position is beneficial to you
• German basic knowledge and a valid work permit speak for you
• you also bring the willingness to shift, weekend and holiday work
• Creativity and feel for making vegetables and side dishes
• finally you convince by team skills, durability and reliability
