Senior HR Operations Specialist (m/f/d)

As a member of the HR Operation Team, you are the heart of the HR day business and are responsible for the entire Employee LifeCycle (contract creation, certificates, certificates, certificates, exits) for a defined circle. After successful completion to the top HR specialist, you have at least 4 years of experience in personnel administration or in HR Service / HR Operations Very good knowledge of labour law and HR processes of full employee lifecycle Embossed ability to process complex facts reliably, structured and independent High service orientation, communication strength and sovereign handling of sensitive topics Secure handling of digital HR systems (e.g. SAP and aconso are desirable) and MS‐Office Very good German knowledge and good English skills You are a team player and bring a positive mindset
