Trainee Compliance (f/m/d)

The trainee program lasts 18 months and starts on 1. October 2026 Your commitment is focused on compliance – your main role is in the Anti Financial Crime department You work in transaction monitoring and get to know the relevant regulatory requirements of money laundering prevention, embargo rules and financial sanctions You will get comprehensive insights into: analysis and assessment of transactions with regard to money laundering risks, embargo specifications and financial sustainability requirements, documentation, tracking and escalation of relevant incidents, the underlying monitoring scenarios, risk factors and IT based control mechanisms; the interface to other AFC functions such as KYC, Fraud and the operational money laundering prevention

You have successfully completed a university degree in economics or law Ideally you already have first contact points with Anti Financial Crime, money laundering prevention, sanction or compliance You have a hand for analytical and investigative questions and have fun in conceptual activities You are customer-focused, you recognize customer needs, have a secure appearance over external as well as internal customers: inside and a pronounced service-mentality You like to think new and creative, work at the same time efficiently and with a high level of commitment, be resilient and behave cooperatively at any time in the team
