Everyday accompaniment with heart: You shape the everyday life of adults with mental and physical disabilities in small groups of 7 to 8 people – for a respectful accompaniment with commitment. Working with modern concepts: You work with modern, educational concepts such as Pörnbacher, Kinästhetik, Supported Communication and WKS Model Assistance with competence and feeling: You carry out basic and treatment care professionally and sensitively. Communication & documentation: You'll be practising important contacts with relatives, legal supervisors and doctors and documenting your work professionally. Experience appreciation: You are seen, heard and appreciated – with us, everyone counts.

Expertise with Empathy & Understanding: You have a completed training as a cure nursein, educatorin or nursing professional (m/w/d) – and you want to use your knowledge in a meaningful way. Listening and understanding: You have an open ear for the wishes and concerns of the residents – because You need real encounters. Patience & Diversity: You bring patience and openness with you – and enjoy very different personalities. Understanding & acting: You have a good observance – and realize what someone needs, often before it is said.
