You are responsible for customer support and the processing of internal and external complaints. You track the status of shipments and by providing and distributing information in a timely manner, act as a competent contact person for internal departments, other branches and our customers. You prepare cases for later processing by the insurance department. You ensure complete documentation of deviations in the performance generation.

You have completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable qualification. You ideally bring first professional experience in a special environment. You have good English skills in word and writing, further language skills are advantageous. You can safely handle the current MS Office applications and work easily into new programs. You convince by your professional and service-oriented way. You are team-ready and work conscientiously. A structured and solution-oriented procedure completes your profile.
