Technical focus you are responsible for the onboarding of our customers and assists in the implementation. you create and optimize complex HubSpot workflows to increase the efficiency of our customers and reduce manual tasks you configure technical integrations so that our customers can seamlessly connect their existing systems to HubSpot you monitor and maintain automation to ensure that customer processes run smoothly and no errors arise you test new features and make sure that You are adapted to the requirements of our customers you develop customized technical solutions that are tailored to the business processes and needs of our customers or Creative focus you develop creative HubSpot strategies that help our customers reach their target groups more effectively you advise customers how to optimize their marketing and sales processes to achieve higher conversion rates you create exciting and targeted content strategies that awaken and bind customer interest you develop innovative campaign ideas that attract our customers from their competitors and generate more leads you create and analyze performance reports to achieve continuous improvements and maximize the results of our customers

you are communicative and safe in dealing with customers: you like to consider processes and love to develop strategies you love to analyze data and create creative campaigns based on it you have a technical or economic degree (training, studying) or you love data and bring experience in dealing with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot) with (Skills before completion!) you are passionate about the digital world and are motivated to advance SMARTTEC and Lucky Looping
