Implementation of contract-compliant personnel and operational planning Active leadership of a larger team on a high-quality customer object taking into account a self-responsible operation Central contact for the customer, the employees and the establishment Ensuring stable performance on the basis of individual service and work instructions Creation, maintenance and control of service instructions and risk assessments including their necessary measures Service supervision and regular documentation of service provision Instruction of new employees and instruction of existing staff complaint and complaint management Preparation and support for monthly billing

You are Master of Protection and Security A satisfactory police certificate is required for this position You have a strong planning and organizational talent and work structured and forward-looking Funded IT skills help you to efficiently use and optimize digital processes You are conflictable, assertive and secure – even in challenging situations A safe appearance, a well-maintained appearance and good ways of handling distinguish you You speak fluent German and can communicate well in English You have the class B licence and are flexible to use
