With us you take a central role that combines strategic vision with precise implementation and generates real impact. You act as a central contact person:in our global locations and make sure that all surveying processes run smoothly and professionally. With your well-founded legal expertise, you accompany complex issues in building planning and building regulations law and find proactive solutions. Demanding property transactions, from acquisition and sale to the order of co-use rights, you tax reliably and with a wide view. You are responsible for the collection and maintenance of property tax-relevant changes, ensuring a precise and transparent real estate portfolio of the Bosch Group. In addition, you identify innovative technologies in terms of surveying and actively promote their implementation to continuously develop our area.

Education: Complete university studies in surveying, geodesy, geoinformatics or comparable. experience and know-how: multiannual experience in surveying as well as sound knowledge in building planning and construction regulations; first contact points with the new basic tax; CAD knowledge (preferably AutoCAD); Experience with CAFM systems Personality and working methods: You think analytically, work structured and proceed carefully - reliability and liability is of course for you; You succeed in acting sovereignly and convincingly representing your views; you like to work and constructively in the team Enthusiasm: You have fun to bear the overall responsibility for the subject of surveying at Bosch and to act as the contact person for the global colleagues: Languages: good German and English in word and writing
