In the central function Integrated Management at the Garching site near Munich, we are looking for a ''HSE manager (m/w/d)'' at the next possible time. You can look forward to this:

In your role as ''HSE Manager (m/w/d)', you actively shape the further development of our Group-wide HSE management system and take responsibility for the implementation and further development of the ISO 45001 structures.

You advance the continuous improvement of occupational safety and health management and develop our digital HSE landscape in a targeted manner (e.g. reporting, documentation, risk assessments).

You identify digitization potentials and implement efficient, practical solutions to support the organization.

By using standards as well as optimizing processes, you will thus sustainably strengthen our security culture.

We wish:

Complete study in the field of safety engineering, environmental technology or comparable expertise from practice

Multiannual professional experience in the field of HSE / occupational safety, ideally also as a specialist in occupational safety (m/w/d)

Found knowledge of ISO 45001 and ideally other standards (ISO 14001, ISO 9001)

Experience in the introduction and support of management systems

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations (ArbSchG, DGUV etc.)

Auditor knowledge of advantage (e.g. internal auditor ISO 45001)

Self-employed and structured working methods as well as safe occurrence and negotiation skills

Excellent sense of responsibility and reliability

Ability to abstract and penetrate complex systems

Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 (eg. Sharepoint)

Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
