To build something new together – become part of our team! The DRK Wesermünde Association is part of the world's largest humanitarian aid organisation. On site, we use daily for people who need support – especially for children and young people in difficult situations of life. This is why we are looking for full-time education for the DRK-Wesermünde gGmbH on 01.08.2026 pedagogical professionals (educators, curative teachers, social teachers, social workers (m/w/d)). In the newly created DRK Inobhutnahme-einrichtung Haus Robinson in Geestland - Bad Bederkesa. Our claim is always: From love to man**. Your tasks:

• Care and assistance of children in the context of taking care of children aged 6 to 11 years
• Designing a safe, stable and reliable everyday life
• Support for children in managing crisis situations
• Promoting social skills, self-confidence and individual resources
• Cooperation with youth offices, schools, therapists and other network partners
• Documentation of pedagogical work and participation in help plan processes

• A completed training or a study as Senior Consultant (m/w/d)
• Interest in configuring a new setup and building a new team

• Empathy and professional handling of stressful situations
• Teamability, reliability and sense of responsibility
• readiness to work in shift service (3-shift system)
