Your responsibility lies in order processing for your assigned customers - you can safely order their time- and quantity-based delivery You take the role as a central contact person for concerns that affect the service for your assigned customers - you actively coordinate delivery dates, customer requests, complaints, project calls and runs and agree closely with other departments You clarify open items and inventory differences as part of order processing, write credits and charges You support sales and production planning during the vote on demand development and customer plan figures. You actively collect information from customers and prepare them for planning. You're puggling master data in the ERP system and keeping it up to date

You already have experience in the field of customer service / supply chain or want to practically use and expand your knowledge acquired in this field in customer service You have very good oral and written knowledge of German and English - perhaps you even speak other languages? With the common Microsoft Office applications you know and can use them efficiently for your work - knowledge in working with an ERP system is beneficial (especially Navision) You are a team player with an optimistic basic attitude. Your team can count on you in difficult situations. You work in a targeted, solution-oriented and structured manner - you keep the customer orders and - always in sight and keep a cool head and a good sound in a stressful situation.
