Head of own post in the kitchen Control of the delivered goods for completeness, quality and integrity Ensuring correct storage and labelling of foods according to HACCP standards Designing and developing creative menus and menus Monitoring compliance with working and hygiene standards in the kitchen Support in the incorporation and training of employees and trainees

Completed training as cook/kitchen, multi-year professional experience in the kitchen Cost-conscious work and responsible handling of food Joy in sharing knowledge and motivating your team Model function through engagement, team spirit and professionalism You also keep an overview in hectic situations Very good knowledge of German and English for communication with team and guests
