Caretaker as property manager in real estate management (m/f/d)

In the course of a follow-up scheme, we are looking for a object manager (m/w/d) in full-time real estate and customer management.

Your New Task

• Care and regular control of residential and outdoor facilities within the district
• independent implementation of small repairs, maintenance and maintenance work
• Ensuring order and cleanliness in buildings and open spaces
• Implementation of traffic safety
• Monitoring, control and coordination of external service providers (e.g. cleaning and craft firms)
• Contact for tenants on site
• Close cooperation with the quarterly support to solve concerns and problems in the quarters

Your profile

• Complete craft or technical training
• Ideally professional experience in object care or the execution of master tasks
• High customer orientation as well as a friendly and safe occurrence
• Self-employed, structured and solution-oriented operation
• Reliability, flexibility and durability
• Team skills and joy in dealing with people
• Secure handling of current MS Office applications
• Class B licence required
