Our over 300-person IT department contributes decisively to our growth and success. In addition to software development, this includes the control and networking of IT systems, the development and implementation of security architecture, the entire IT operation of all applications and systems hosted in their own data center, as well as IT support and the organisation and implementation of IT strategy projects. CRM Salesforce/ Application Testing & QA Specialist (m/w/d)

Planning, implementation and documentation of tests in the CRM environment (sales/service cloud, integrations) Creation of test plans, test cases and test data based on field requirements Conducting functional tests, regression tests and UAT support Close cooperation with Salesforce administration, development and areas of trouble analysis and troubleshooting Ensuring and continuous improvement of the quality of processes and data in Salesforce Building and maintenance of test documentation and support in building standardized QA processes

Completed business or IT-related studies or comparable training Professional experience in the software test / QA, ideally in the Salesforce or CRM environment Experience in the creation and execution of test cases as well as in dealing with error tracking tools Ideally knowledge of Salesforce administration or Understanding Salesforce Processes Structured, careful and analytical procedures, high quality orientation Embossed communication skills and team orientation Very good knowledge of German and English
