Employee Facility Management (m/f/d)

You are responsible for internal maintenance as well as the instruction, coordination and supervision of foreign companies and FFZ officers. You carry out operations. You are responsible for the issue of workwear and check the stocks. You're creating internal orders. You can inventory the electrical equipment in the entire property. You care for maintaining order and cleanliness. You're coordinating fire brigade operations. You sign new employees of Facility Management.

You have successfully completed vocational training, preferably with a technical background. You have knowledge in the field of facility management and plant engineering. You have relevant professional practice in a comparable position and experience in the technical field. You trade cost- and process-oriented, work independently and take the initiative. You bring good communication skills, cooperation skills and team spirit. You're ready for shiftwork.
