You show willingness to participate in working groups and network meetings and thus make an active contribution to the continuous development of the child and youth support structure. You have the willingness to take over background and call-readiness services, and in particular in this context the flexibility and willingness to work outside the usual working hours, if necessary also beyond regular weekly working hours. You have the driving licence of Class B (former Class III) and you will have the willingness to use your private car for service journeys against cost reimbursement.
