Education: Successfully completed studies (Bachelor, Master or Diploma) in economics with HR focus, psychology or a comparable discipline

Professional experience: More than 5 years of well-founded practice as HR Business Partner, ideally in the care of market and customer-oriented areas (e.g. sales, service or retail)

Stakeholder Management: Sovereign appearance in consulting leadership teams as well as proven interface competence to HR Centers of Excellence (like talent acquisition or talent management)

Digital affinity: Very good knowledge of modern HR systems and practices; practical experience in implementing new HR tools is beneficial

Personality: Impressed Entrepreneurial Thinking (Business Acumen), excellent communication strength at all hierarchical levels as well as a subtle sense of corporate culture
