Strategic HR leadership: management, design and implementation of personnel strategies for the German team, which contribute directly to the achievement of the corporate goals holistic support: holistic support of employees (from onboarding to offboarding) and establishing user-centric HR strategies Business Partnering: Comprehensive consulting and support of the management team as well as sales and service managers in complex, specialist-specific or sensitive personnel topics Recruiting & Development: Ensuring a timely assignment and continuous further development of employees through targeted training and learning programs Operations & Compliance: Responsibility for the monthly payroll in close coordination with the financial department and external service providers Management of HR databases and ensuring compliance with local labour laws and directives Culture & Engagement: Promoting employee engagement through new initiatives and team events and managing company-wide performance management
Education: Successfully completed studies (Bachelor, Master or Diploma) in economics with HR focus, psychology or a comparable discipline
Professional experience: More than 5 years of well-founded practice as HR Business Partner, ideally in the care of market and customer-oriented areas (e.g. sales, service or retail)
Stakeholder Management: Sovereign appearance in consulting leadership teams as well as proven interface competence to HR Centers of Excellence (like talent acquisition or talent management)
Digital affinity: Very good knowledge of modern HR systems and practices; practical experience in implementing new HR tools is beneficial
Personality: Impressed Entrepreneurial Thinking (Business Acumen), excellent communication strength at all hierarchical levels as well as a subtle sense of corporate culture
