Project-related contact production with property owners in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern clarification and explanation of the framework conditions for the construction of energy production plants Opponent for owners on framework conditions of regenerative energies (authorization, construction, and property law) Development of wind energy projects from market observation to concept creation Participation in the development and conclusion of usage contracts Support of the project up to commissioning and contact person for all project participants Construction of a network as well as participation and organisation of property owners, committee meetings etc.

Higher education in the field of renewable energies, real estate/construction, civil engineering or landscape planning, economic engineering or comparable Passion for Renewable Energy, which you also represent against critics Good understanding of economic and technical relations Flexibility with regard to the workplace (regional external service mainly in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern – office – mobile work) High customer orientation and empathy as well as very good communication and negotiation skills Organisational strength, perseverance, predictive action Ready to deepen knowledge in ArcGIS and AutoCAD German language skills
