Central responsibility for labour and collective bargaining (AVR DWBO) as well as ensuring the safe application and interpretation in the operational and strategic field design, development and implementation of HR processes, instruments and standards in human resources management; including operational support of staff management Close cooperation with the personnel management and advice as contact person*in for HR questions within the meaning of a HR Business Partner (m/w/d) Control and development of cross-departmental HR topics as well as interface management between institutions, personnel department and bodies Central representative for the employee representation (MAV) and the implementation and legal support of co-determination and participation procedures according to MVG Legal and strategic advice of managers and institutions in individual and collective labour law issues Processing of complex tariff and labour law individual cases, preparation of labour court proceedings and preparation of legal opinions Continuous analysis and implementation of legislative, collective and judicial changes

Competence as a full lawyer*in with successfully completed 2nd State Exam At least three years of professional experience in labour and collective law, preferably with sound knowledge in the AVR DWBO and MVG Experience in cooperation with employee representatives, personnel councils or works councils and in dealing with co-determination structures Safe handling of HR systems, ideally DATEV and Rexx Systems Experience in project and process management as well as in the further development of HR structures and organization processes Ability to prepare complex legal issues in practice, solution-oriented and address-oriented manner Structured, independent and solution-oriented mode of operation with high quality standards as well as strong team orientation, service and design will Sovereign, steadfast and convincing representation of topics and projects to internal and external contact persons and representations of interests
