You create independent and complete offers for concrete repair projects assess and examine tender documents You carry out mass checks, performance assessments and cost assessments You create economic offers and order calculations as well as supplements You conduct contract negotiations and bear responsibility for the supply process until a construction contract is concluded You pass projects to the construction manager (m/w/d) for execution and create yield and work calculations

You have a successfully completed degree in Civil Engineering (m/w/d) or an apprenticeship in Civil Engineering (m/w/d) (m/w/d), ideally in concrete repair You work independently and possess enforcement
