In your expert role, you take on the conception and design of intuitive, user-centred and barrier-free user interfaces for web and app applications as well as platform solutions. For a consistent and high-quality design experience, you'll get across all digital touchpoints. You bring creative impulses, create new business models and actively promote innovation. As an enthusiastic:r advocate:in agile methods, you conduct cross-functional teams through the entire UX/UI process - from idea finding to implementation - in close cooperation with Product Owners, developers:inside and stakeholders. You are planning and conducting usability tests, user interviews, and data-based analyses to validate hypotheses. Based on the gained user insights, you develop iterative solutions and visualize them with Wireframes, Interaction Flows, Mockups and interactive prototypes. In addition, you are responsible for the construction, care and further development of barrier-free design systems.
