Work with monthly and annual accounts and daily financial operations Monitor the Company's liquidity and optimize financial resources Guide the financial team (2 MA) professionally (optionally disciplinary) and promote the development of team members Take control and recalculation of projects to secure budget compliance Create reports and key figures for sound corporate decisions Treat and manage contracts to preserve business interests

Completed commercial training or studies, ideally with experience in financial and accounting Knowledge of accounting and/or controlling, experience with financial software Analytical thinking and joy in designing and optimizing commercial processes Communication strength and ability to explain complex issues in a comprehensible way Hands-on mentality and desire to take responsibility in a small team First leadership experience of advantage, but no requirement
