Construction Management Planner / Betra Applicant , Region West (m/f/d)

You participate in the projects of our clients in order to ensure the on-the-spot application and Betra application under Directive 406 This includes the creation and submission of the contracting contract registrations agreed with the client, as well as the creation, updating and addition of the block break overview for allocated projects You are responsible for the active break management in the assigned projects (including post-control of the break-off concepts for changes) You advise the project partners on the issues of construction planning and related operational processes You conduct the coordination with construction management, safety monitoring, MRP You ensure a high-quality Betra application

You have a training as a specialist/construction supervisor or you have the qualification as a Betra applicant according to Ril 046.ff (after oral examination by the FA to the specialist/construction supervisor) You are happy to be on site at construction sites, enjoying complex systems and are safe to use modern IT You are a team-capable, strong to assert, bring your own initiative with you and take responsibility You have a safe appearance, negotiation skills and persuasiveness You are looking forward to dedicated and sympathetic colleagues and exciting big projects Good knowledge of German (at least C1 language level) in word and writing You have a class B license
