For our CityNetworks & Grids division, SPIE SAG GmbH is looking for you as parttime (24 to 32 hours per week) as soon as possible Process Manager Transformation / Digitization m/w/d Location: Dortmund Reference number: 2026-0205 Working time: parttime

Process recording, representation and care: You are responsible for the structured recording, methodically clean documentation and the ongoing care and quality assurance of business processes. The aim is a uniform, comprehensible and current end-to-end representation of processes based on professional content. SOLL process design: On the basis of the recorded IST processes and technically defined target images, you will first create and reflect SOLL process representations that clearly, comprehensible and consistently depict future processes. The technical design is carried out in the specialist areas; You ensure the methodological quality and documentation standards. Supporting systems and applications are presented in a transparent manner. Integration of sub-processes: You document, structure and consolidate sub-processes – in particular in the areas: Internal Control System (IKS) / Purchasing / Device Management / Time Economy and bring them together to form a coherent, quality-proof end-to-end process representation of the project and order processing. Interface and system reference: You provide interfaces, data flows and system support within the processes transparently, document system references along the process steps and identify deviations between defined processes and system functionalities (FIT/GAP consideration) as a basis for decision-making for the departments.

Documentation & vote: You create a structured and comprehensible process documentation, make the results available in suitable work documents (e.g. SharePoint) and tunes content and quality with specialist areas, IT, key users and process managers.

Methodology and consulting skills: You provide methodological advice on process documentation, support the application of suitable modeling methods and help establish uniform standards in process management.

Complete studies, e.g. in the field of economic engineering, business informatics or a comparable qualification

Experience in process management or in process-related project or Professional roles ideally in the energy and construction industry Safe handling of methods for process modelling (e.g. BPMN or comparable)

Ability to present complex processes in a structured and comprehensible manner

Communication strength and sovereign handling of different stakeholders and a structured, careful and sustainable way of working

Safe handling of the Microsoft-365 Suite as well as very good German knowledge in word and writing
