Social worker in inpatient help for education

More than 380 employees in the bbw Südhessen are strongly committed to finding their place in the job and in society with support needs. As a reliable partner*in, you help young people and young people (aged 14-18 years) gain confidence in one's own person and practice self-employment. As a reference person, you give stability and uplift by helping to shape everyday life. You implement group- and experience-pedagogical and, if necessary, therapeutic offers and introduce your personal strengths and qualifications here. As a social worker, you open up to our residents through a viable relationship and accepting basic attitude a wide range of possibilities to make new positive relationship and life experiences in everyday life and in the group community. You work in shiftwork and take services on weekends and night readiness.

You have successfully completed your studies (BA, Diploma, Master) of social work (relative to education, psychology) and ideally already experience in work with young people and young adults. A good portion of serenity from which young group residents can benefit in personal moments of crisis. You have a positive attitude and openness towards people with different personal and cultural backgrounds.
