Senior Account Executive (m/f/d)

End-to-End Sales Cycle: Own-responsible control of the entire sales process from the initial language to the pitch to the conclusion of the contract. New customer acquisition & lead management: Proactive acquisition of target customers and qualification of inbound and event leaders in the market segment. C-Level Negotiations: Leading complex contract negotiations with decision-makers and specialist departments at management level. Pipeline & Forecast Management: Building a resilient sales pipeline and precise sales planning and documentation in the CRM. Solution Selling: Analysis of customer challenges for developing customized solutions with measurable business value. Stakeholder Management: Expansion of long-term customer relationships and close coordination with internal interfaces (e.g. Product, Legal, Marketing). KPI Focus & Growth: Consistent alignment of sales targets and identification of cross- and upselling potentials for sustainable growth.

Comprehensive sales experience, ideally in the B2B environment or in the Tech/SaaS area, with detectable successes in the outbound acquisition. Complete bachelor's degree or comparable training with a strong commercial focus. Passion as a “food”, combined with the ability to translate current industry trends into successful sales strategies. Proactive, open and creative work setting as well as a pronounced “hunter” mentality for building new partnerships. Safe handling of Salesforce or comparable CRM systems for efficient pipeline control. Strong communication capability to quickly establish valuable contacts and to conduct negotiations sovereignly to completion. Flowing German knowledge in word and writing as well as knowledge of English for our international environment.
