Maintenance, inspection and repair of air conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration systems performance of function tests as well as fault analyses and bug fixes Monitoring and documentation of technical plant conditions Maintenance and maintenance of other technical buildings Implementation of general industrial work Monitoring and control of foreign companies during maintenance and repair work Support for reconstruction, modernisation and maintenance Documentation of the work carried out in the corresponding systems Participation in technical assistance Fast and independent processing of malfunctions and emergencies Ensuring the technical availability of the supervised objects

(m/w/d) or a comparable technical qualification Ideally professional experience in the field of air conditioning, ventilation or building technology Knowledge of technical building equipment (TGA) of advantage Independent, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation High service and customer orientation Teamability, Reliability and Responsibility Willingness to participate in the standby service driving licence class B
