Organisational order control: You co-ordinate transports and are responsible for the administrative disposition, so that processes are controlled transparently and efficiently. Clean master data management: By carefully processing goods and master data, you ensure that our logistics systems are up to date and correct at all times. Document management & inventory management: Delivery notes, inventory lists and stock postings are checked, processed and documented by you. Quality in focus: You organize internal quality assurances and contribute to ensuring continuous improvement and clear standards in daily business. Reliable interface work: In close cooperation with colleagues in the Warehouse, you will ensure that information is available in a clear, complete and timely manner - for smooth processes throughout the team.

Education: You have successfully completed training in the commercial sector or in the logistics environment. Professional experience: First professional experiences in a comparable position in the logistics environment facilitate entry into our processes. IT- & system affinity: You bring good MS Office knowledge and ideally experience with an ERP system such as SAP. Language competence: Very good knowledge of German and good knowledge of English in word and writing are necessary for this role. Structure & team spirit: You convince by organizational ability, communication strength, readiness to use and a pronounced hand-on mentality.
