General responsibility for the production departments (Bitumendachbahnen and EPS insulation materials), production management, maintenance and quality assurance Responsibility for achieving qualitative and quantitative production targets and production costs Evaluation of daily production characteristics Budget responsibility and planning and management of investments Ensuring and optimizing machine availability Management of continuous improvement of production processes Production planning and identification of necessary investments Determination and monitoring of personnel requirements Enforcement of corporate policy in relation to occupational safety and environmental protection

Successfully completed studies in the technical or scientific field as well as business understanding, as an alternative proven experience acquired in practice Multiannual experience in a comparable function in the production environment Good knowledge of common KVP techniques (e.g.: TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, SPC) and process optimization Ideally expert knowledge in the production of bituminous seals and/or EPS insulation materials Willingness to take responsibility permanently, a high degree of enforcement, organisational ability and analytical thinking Good English knowledge of word and writing
