For our department DRV-IT rvSystem, we are looking for finance at the next possible time Teamleiter (m/w/div) Location: Berlin Date of entry: Immediate Application deadline: 21.07.2025 Call number: 14-028-2025 Employment: Full time (part time is possible in principle) Remuneration: E13 TV EntgO-DRV (higher service) Activity The principle and cross-sectional area (GQ 1400 DRV-IT rvSystem) is responsible for the development of the IT core system of the German pension insurance – reliable, safe and forward-looking. In our department there are management, development and cross-sectional teams for the existing core system, including online services for our insurers, as well as project management and teams for our ongoing agile large project to modernise our applications. Our financial area is responsible for the establishment of the budget, procurement of software and IT services, the proper allocation of all costs, the implementation of economic analysis, reporting and much more.

As a team leader, you take on the professional and personal responsibility for a team of 6 employees within the DRV-Bund. Your central tasks include: Control and coordination of change processes in the team Responsible implementation of delegated tasks and projects Active use of guidance tools to further develop employees Supporting the Head of Department on all topics in finance Implementation of strategic objectives of the department or department

A successfully completed higher education (Bachelor/FH diploma) in an economic, legal, administrative or technical field or completed vocational training (in the technical, economic or IT field) You have many years of professional experience in finance, controlling and procurement You have many years of experience in managing financial teams as well as coordinating and controlling workflows and monitoring work results You have practical knowledge in Microsoft Office with strong focus on Excel Communication strength, a structured way of working as well as a marked innovation competence
