Voluntary services in the Federal Office of the Johanniter-Unfall-Hilfe e.V. take over the following tasks: Examination of submitted documents in the context of voluntary services (including statistics, evidence of use, medium-calls) for completeness and accuracy Minutes at meetings Coordination and organisation of missions and events, conferences etc. Self-employed execution of all secretarial activities in the field, such as writing, storage, inbox and exit as well as circulation distribution and monitoring, provision of office material, acceptance of telephones
