You will be responsible for the following tasks: Customer delivery & disposition Order acceptance for orders from customers and order matching for charging operations at charging points

MRP of H2 trailers to supply our customers according to economic aspects e.g. through tour planning

settlement of delivery tours and consistency check of loading and delivery data

Level monitoring of customer systems by telemetry and production of demand forecasts (operative)

Telephone and written communication with drivers, suppliers, partners and customers at operational level

Support in planning delivery campaigns

Participation in resource planning at operational and tactical level

Support for onboarding new drivers

Telephone support for drivers in the first instance in technical problems

Support for inventory management

Support in the audit of suppliers

Monitoring the compliance of security and ADR regulations in the course of operational customer delivery

Car park management Support for onboarding and operation of H2 trailers

Participation in the monitoring, planning and implementation of test and service operations at the TH2 fleet

You should share these skills and experiences: Commercial or technical training, ideally focusing on logistics/supply chain

Experience in Disposition and Logistics

knowledge of gas technology, NFZ technology and hazardous goods (ADR)

Embossed security awareness

Analytical thinking and structured working and ability to prioritize

Communication strength and team capacity

Ability and will for oral and written communication in English

Organisational skills and multitasking capability

High service orientation

Secure handling of MS Office (especially Excel) and ERP systems (preferably SAP)

Joy in building new business areas and in the active design and optimization of workflows
