Team Leader Service Shipping (m/f/d)

Professional leadership and coordination of the team in the field of service delivery Ensuring smooth daily business and timely shipping processes Optimization and further development of logistical processes as well as cooperation on projects for process improvement Contact person for dangerous goods shipments as well as professional support of the team in the operational processing, including document creation and packaging activities Planning, control and monitoring of the incorporation of new employees and trainees Administrative processing of national and international shipping processes for spare parts orders to branches, representations and end customers – focusing on air and sea freight Collection, testing and maintenance of freight offers Disposition and coordination of logistics and courier service providers Creation of all shipping and export documents, e.g. commercial invoices, shipping documents and export accompanying documents Implementation and monitoring of customs processes and formalities Close coordination with our branches to ensure efficient delivery processes

Successfully completed training in the field of logistics or commercial training with relevant professional experience in shipping or logistics Ideally advanced training to master, specialist or first leadership experience in a comparable position Safe handling of MS Office Knowledge of ERP/WMS systems and shipping software of advantage Structured, independent and solution-oriented operation High team capability and strong organisation skills Reliability, readiness and high quality awareness Good English knowledge of word and writing desirable
