● You are experienced in professional handling of third-party property and can reliably coordinate different interests in planning and implementing measures. ● You will bring practical knowledge of the preservation of monuments and understand how to maintain and develop historical building material professionally, taking into account today's requirements. ● You carry out local appointments for planning and coordination of construction measures, monitor the professional execution on site and responsible for the final acceptance. ● If you wish to tender for measures in the real estate stock, accompany the award to suitable contractors and carefully check incoming invoices for factual and computational accuracy. ● You coordinate the construction projects closely with colleagues from different departments as well as with third-party owners and ensure a reliable implementation of the agreed requirements.
