Machine operators in our assembly automation department (m/f/d)

At our location in Leingarten we employ approx. 350 employees. For our dedicated team in assembly we are looking for reinforcement in the alternating layer.

For us you are the engine of production.

As a machine operator, you ensure that our assembly machines run reliably and the quality is correct. They are not only operators, but creators – with a technical sense and a view for detail.

What you are moving with us

• Keep production running: Provision and filling of automatic assembly machines with semi-finished parts
• Conversions & Adjustments: Implementation of planned set-up operations according to specifications and instructions
• Safety of quality: Worker self-examination, documentation and compliance
• Technology under control: Smaller maintenance and maintenance of automatic assembly machines
• Efficient work: Ensuring a smooth production process in shift operation

What you bring with you

Must-have:

• Complete technical training
• Experience with automation technology
• Ready to work in shift operation (exchange layer)
• High self-initiative and physical resilience
• Basic PC knowledge

Nice to-have:

• Experience in plastic processing or assembly
• Knowledge of quality assurance
