As a Store Manager (m/w/d), you take responsibility for our store on the shoulder blade and create an inspiring shopping experience together with your team. You combine operational strength with modern leadership and make sure that both your team and our customers feel comfortable. Your tasks Responsibility for the operational management of the store Leadership, motivation and further development of your team Control and optimization of daily business Analysis of key figures and deriving concrete measures Staff deployment planning and efficient service planning Ensuring a strong customer experience Implementation of a uniform and inspiring store appearance You go ahead as a model, actively engage and create a positive, performance-oriented working atmosphere.

Experience in retail, ideally in a leadership position Impressed leadership skills and joy in developing people Passion for interior, lifestyle and sales Entrepreneurial thinking and a good sense of key figures Organisational strength and a hands-on mentality Communication strength, team spirit and high customer orientation Very good knowledge of German and secure communication in English
