Your duties

• Answering requests via various communication channels (Chat, email, phone)
• Employees in complaints, returns and contractual questions
• Create standard and individual response texts
• Data management in the computer system
• Offer and Rechung

Our requirements

• Commercial training, e.g. as a merchant for dialogue marketing or office businessman
• MS Office knowledge required, further EDV knowledge (e.g. SAP) of advantage
• readiness for proactive contact
• German language
• Joy of guessing and selling
