Your tasks: We are looking for a dedicated specialist who supports adult people with mental or multiple disabilities to meet their individual needs:

• Individual support: Together with our clients, you develop tailor-made support offers based on their personal goals
• Structured everyday life: You help our clients to create a structured everyday life, whether in nursing, in the household or in leisure design
• Crisis intervention: In crisis situations, you offer the necessary support and support
