Your duties Implementation of the fee settlement via the P&I LogaHR personnel management software Organizing and implementing HR projects Care and advice of employees and executives in all human matters and their implementation Careers of employees at the transition to retirement pension Contact persons for external service providers, clients, health insurance companies, tax offices and other authorities Operational personnel work Creating personal economic documents taking into account labour and tariff requirements Reporting and compiling statistics and reports Implementation of annual completion work Creation of personnel cost calculations

Your profile You have a completed business studies or a professional training with multi-year experience in the field of staff You bring expertise and many years of experience in the field of pay accounting (preferably in the sector of public service) and in tax and social security law with You are IT affinity and possess good user knowledge in the MS Office area (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), ideally in P&I LogaHR You maintain a structured and analytical approach with a good solution competence You are team-ready, flexible and are happy to work independently Absolute confidentiality and sensitivity in handling personal data are of course for you
