Business Manager (m/w/d) Gastronomy - Working hours from Monday to Friday

You have an appetite:

• As an operating management, you will be at the top of your crew and the kitchen team in the operating restaurant, take on budget responsibility and exchange regularly with the customer on all the topics and wishes concerning the operation.
• They ensure that the hot and cold dishes are perfectly prepared and staged in the restaurant – the eye eats.
• At the same time, ensure a proper administration – whether it is a commodity economy or a business bill – and make sure that the internal apetito catering quality standards are complied with.

With this you bring us to taste:

• Complete cooking training, a further education to the kitchen master or farmer would be a plus, but no need
• At least first practice in Community use and related expertise in goods and business
• Ideally safe handling of common application programs (MS Office)
• High-communication, sympathetic and open-minded host personality with strong service thinking that maintains a cooperative leadership style
