Project manager for electrical engineering planning (m/f/d)

Plans: Responsible for planning projects in the rail infrastructure, from tendering to completion, with particular emphasis in the technical equipment overhead line, EEA / 50 Hz and telecommunications Responsibility: Ensuring a customer-oriented project implementation in compliance with quality, cost and time requirements Project Management: Technical and commercial interface in the project for all relevant stakeholders, such as contractors, subcontractors, technical office and planning partner (m/w/d) Coordination: Control and planning of external service providers and regular reporting to management Subsequent Management: Detection of Contract Deviations, Creation of Additional Cost Indicators, Participation in Compilation of Subsequents in Cooperation with Subsequent Management and Planning Engineers (m/w/d)

Qualification: Complete engineering studies with a focus on electrical engineering, civil engineering, economic engineering or experience in a comparable position, e.g. as a state-tested technician (m/w/d) with corresponding professional experience in managing planning Experiences: Multiannual professional experience in planning and Project management of plans for HOAI performance phases 1–6 and 9 and follow-up management Competence: knowledge of the specialist regulations of Deutsche Bahn AG, relevant standards and laws and knowledge of the project management of the rail infrastructure Expertise: Funded knowledge in building contract law
