Specialist Coordinator Quality Control – Clothing Technology (m/f/d)

From specification to tendering, awarding, quality assurance to logistics, distribution and processing, Bw Clothingsmanagement GmbH (BwBM) is responsible for the entire value chain of the Bundeswehr clothing - from shoes to helmet. In this way, we dress up about 250,000 active soldier soldiers as well as reservoirs and civilian employees of the Bundeswehr. In order to strengthen our Quality Assurance department at the headquarters in Cologne, we are looking for one in full time: Projektmanager (m/w/d) Clothing technology Within our procurement process, our quality control is responsible for goods checks of approx. 6000 articles including DIN ISO 2859-1. These non-destructive finished products testing of bonding and equipment range from production-accompanying controls at the supplier to technical acceptance after delivery of the new products to our warehouses. Quality controls will be significantly expanded by the future takeover of competences for processed and stored goods. Due to our growth, we are looking for active support for our team at the next possible time. We will work you in a structured and comprehensive manner in your new area of responsibility.

You ensure compliance and optimization of technical processes and requirements for the technical acceptance of clothing and equipment at our sites You are responsible for carrying out technical training courses as well as training on our processes, processes and standardized processes Plan and conduct quality controls and product audits The development and revision of work instructions, forms, checklists and reliable audit reports are also part of their tasks. You coordinate and monitor quality controls by external service providers You will ensure compliance and inclusion of quality indicators

Completed training for/for bonding technicians*in and/or completed studies of clothing technology Experience in training and training is desirable Funded knowledge in manufacturing processes and clothing / shoe manufacture Solid know-how in quality assurance methods and a pronounced quality awareness Ideal experience with process audits routine with MS-Office and practice in the application of SAP modules in the clothing industry Responsibility, objectivity and integrity as well as strong team capability Very good German and conversation-proof English in word and writing High readiness, currently 50-60%, primarily throughout Germany
