Caretaker / House Technician (m/f/d)

In the course of an upcoming follow-up scheme, we are looking for a

• Responsibility for the ongoing operation of building technology as well as for the areas of building maintenance, cleaning, disposal, maintenance of outdoor facilities, closing service and emergency management
• Regular check-ups over the company's premises combined with a pro-active look with respect to the following topics
• Coordination and support of external service providers and craft businesses
• Organisation, tendering and awarding of repair and maintenance measures
• Support for internal relocations, mining and special projects
• Close cooperation with the management and facility management
• Quality assurance of maintenance and maintenance in compliance with internal and legal and regulatory requirements

Your profile:

• A manual or technical training (e.g. electrician, installer, plant mechanic, mechatronic, house or company manager)
• Experience in the field of home technology, building management or as a master / house technician
• Technical understanding and solution-oriented thinking
• Self-employed, structured working and a high level of sense of responsibility
• Friendly appearance and service-oriented handling of colleagues and service providers
• Class B licence required
